Calling all youth who are blind and visually impaired and their families: wag this way! There are some very exciting activities on the horizon at GDB, and you don’t want to miss out.
Our inaugural K9 Buddy Family Picnics will be held on each of our campuses this spring (April in Oregon and June in California). The events will not only celebrate current K9 Buddy partnerships, but will be an opportunity to share this exciting program with more families who have children who are blind or visually impaired, and to connect all of these folks with one another. Please visit our K9 Buddy page for more information; you can also RSVP by emailing Jane Flower at [email protected].
In addition, we also still have openings for Camp GDB, which is held for youth ages 14-17 this June at the Oral Hull and Retreat Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Oregon. So for anyone interested, please apply today - it is going to be a great program! Please visit our Camp GDB page for more information or to apply.
