Guide Dogs for the Blind (GDB) created this Puppy Raising Guidebook to provide our puppy raising volunteers with the tools and resources to help develop resilient and confident puppies that go on to change lives. We are making the Guidebook available to other service dog organizations and individuals who can benefit from our positive, science-based approach to raising puppies. The Puppy Raising Guidebook may not be used for commercial endeavors.

For individuals or organizations who utilize or share the Guidebook (or portions thereof), we ask that you provide the following acknowledgement:

"This content was created by and is provided courtesy of Guide Dogs for the Blind (USA)."
